Sponsorship / Partnership Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sponsorship / Partnership Manager to drive strategic alliances and collaborations for our growing consumer electronics and appliances brand in India. This role will be instrumental in identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships that enhance brand visibility, market reach, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Indian market and a proven track record in building successful business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and cultivate strategic sponsorship and partnership opportunities aligned with the company's brand objectives and target audience.

Develop compelling proposals and presentations to secure new partnerships and sponsorships.

Negotiate contract terms, service level agreements, and financial arrangements with partners.

Manage existing relationships with sponsors and partners, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term collaboration.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure integrated campaign execution and maximum ROI from partnerships.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new partnership avenues.

Track and report on the performance of sponsorship and partnership initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and company policies.
