Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sponsorship / Partnership Manager with 3-5 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities within the petrochemical and plastics industry. This role requires a proactive individual with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to drive mutually beneficial collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential strategic partners, sponsors, and collaborators aligned with the company's business objectives in the petrochemical and plastics sector.
- Develop and present compelling proposals for sponsorship and partnership opportunities to prospective clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate terms and agreements for partnership and sponsorship deals, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new partners, sponsors, and key industry players.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure alignment of partnership strategies.
- Track and report on the performance of partnerships and sponsorship activities, measuring ROI and identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources for partnership initiatives.
