Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sponsorship / Partnership Manager with a Master's degree and 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Nagpur. This role is crucial for developing and executing strategic partnerships and sponsorship initiatives that align with our business objectives and enhance our brand visibility within the facility management services sector. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with a proven track record in cultivating and managing mutually beneficial relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, industry associations, and potential sponsors relevant to the facility management sector.

Develop and implement comprehensive sponsorship packages and partnership proposals tailored to meet the needs of both JLL and our partners.

Manage and nurture existing relationships with sponsors and partners, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for renewal and expansion.

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential collaboration opportunities.

Negotiate terms and agreements for partnerships and sponsorships, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company.

Track and report on the effectiveness of partnership and sponsorship initiatives, including ROI analysis.

Collaborate with internal marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership programs.
