Sports Administrator (2-3 Yrs) role in Education

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sports Administrator with 2-3 years of experience and a Master of Design (M.Des) degree to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient management and coordination of sports activities, events, and facilities within our educational institution. This role requires a blend of organizational skills, creative problem-solving, and a passion for sports development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for sports programs, ensuring alignment with the institution's educational goals.
- Manage budgets, procure equipment, and oversee the maintenance of sports facilities and grounds.
- Coordinate and organize inter-school, intra-school, and community sports events, including scheduling, logistics, and participant management.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and provide a secure environment for all sports activities.
- Collaborate with coaches, teachers, and external stakeholders to enhance the student-athlete experience.
- Utilize design thinking principles from M.Des to innovate and improve sports program delivery and participant engagement.
- Manage athlete registrations, track participation, and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding sports schedules, updates, and policies.
- Assist in the recruitment and training of sports staff and volunteers.
