Sports Administrator

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Sports Administrator to join our growing team in Thane. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and 6 years of experience in managing sports-related operations, preferably within an educational or organizational setting. You will be responsible for the smooth and efficient functioning of our sports programs, ensuring compliance with policies, and supporting student-athletes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of sports programs, including scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation.
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports related to sports activities, leveraging B.Com knowledge.
- Coordinate with coaches, athletes, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution.
- Maintain accurate records of student-athlete participation, performance, and eligibility.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant sports policies, regulations, and safety standards.
- Assist in the organization and execution of sports events, tournaments, and competitions.
- Manage inventory of sports equipment and supplies, including procurement and maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff regarding sports program updates and information.
- Support the development and implementation of new sports initiatives and strategies.
- Handle administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing, and data entry.
