We are seeking a motivated and organized Sports Agent to join our team at our Ahmedabad office. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate with a B.Com degree and a passion for sports management. You will support our senior agents in managing athlete portfolios, negotiating contracts, and developing marketing strategies, contributing to the growth of our sports division.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying and recruiting potential athletes.
Support in negotiating and finalizing contracts and endorsements for athletes.
Maintain strong relationships with athletes, sponsors, and sports organizations.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the sports industry.
Assist in managing athlete schedules, travel arrangements, and appearances.
Prepare reports and presentations on athlete performance and market analysis.
Ensure compliance with all relevant sports regulations and ethical standards.
