Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sports Agent to join our team. This role will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing top sports talent, with a particular focus on athletes with potential for commercial endorsements and investment opportunities. You will leverage your understanding of the sports industry and financial markets to build lucrative careers for athletes and connect them with strategic investment avenues.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and scout emerging and established sports talent across various disciplines.
Negotiate and secure lucrative contracts, endorsements, and sponsorship deals for athletes.
Develop and implement comprehensive career management strategies for clients.
Advise athletes on financial planning, investment opportunities, and wealth management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with sports organizations, brands, and financial institutions.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and legal regulations impacting sports and finance.
Manage client portfolios and ensure their financial well-being and long-term success.
