Sports Agent

Role Summary:
Reliance Entertainment is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sports Agent to join our growing team. The Sports Agent will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing talent within the sports domain, with a focus on leveraging their expertise to create synergistic opportunities within our broader entertainment ecosystem. This role requires a deep understanding of the sports industry, contract negotiation, and a passion for building successful careers for athletes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Scout and identify promising athletes and sports personalities with potential for broader entertainment appeal.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with athletes, coaches, and sports organizations.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, endorsements, and other professional agreements on behalf of clients.
- Develop and implement strategic career plans for athletes, aligning with their personal goals and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams at Reliance Entertainment (film, TV, digital, gaming) to identify and create cross-promotional and content opportunities for clients.
- Manage client finances, including budgeting and financial planning.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and legal/regulatory changes affecting the sports and entertainment sectors.
- Represent clients at meetings, events, and negotiations.
- Provide guidance and support to clients on brand building, public relations, and media management.
