Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Sports Agent to manage and represent athletes and sports personalities associated with our corporate wellness and employee engagement programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for negotiating contracts, managing endorsements, and fostering career development for our talent pool, ensuring their success both on and off the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit promising athletes and sports personalities for corporate partnerships.
- Negotiate and secure lucrative endorsement deals and sponsorship agreements.
- Manage all aspects of athlete representation, including contract negotiation, financial planning, and career advancement.
- Develop and implement strategic career plans for athletes, aligning with their personal goals and market opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between athletes, corporate clients, and sports organizations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market values, and relevant regulations in the Indian sports landscape.
- Provide guidance and support to athletes on brand building, public relations, and media management.
