This role will be instrumental in identifying, nurturing, and managing sports talent, focusing on leveraging design thinking and strategic communication to enhance their brand value and career trajectory within the burgeoning Indian sports ecosystem. You will bridge the gap between athletic potential and market opportunities, ensuring our athletes achieve their full potential both on and off the field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Scouting & Acquisition: Proactively identify emerging sports talent across various disciplines in India, with a keen eye for potential and marketability.
- Athlete Representation & Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of athletes, managing their contracts, sponsorships, and career development.
- Brand Development & Strategy: Utilize M.Des expertise to craft compelling personal brands for athletes, including visual identity, storytelling, and digital presence.
- Sponsorship & Endorsement Negotiation: Secure lucrative endorsement deals and partnerships with relevant brands, aligning athlete profiles with corporate objectives.
- Performance Analysis & Feedback: Collaborate with coaches and performance analysts to understand athlete strengths and areas for improvement, translating insights into actionable career plans.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest trends in the sports industry, technology, and design to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Contractual & Legal Liaison: Oversee the negotiation and finalization of contracts, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with all regulations.
- Event Management & Logistics: Coordinate athlete participation in events, tournaments, and promotional activities.
