Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sports Biomechanist to join our innovative biotechnology team. The ideal candidate will apply biomechanical principles to enhance athletic performance, prevent injuries, and contribute to the development of cutting-edge sports science technologies. This role involves research, data analysis, and collaboration with athletes, coaches, and product development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct biomechanical analysis of athletic movements using motion capture, force plates, and other relevant technologies.
- Develop and implement testing protocols to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to athletes and coaches.
- Research and evaluate new technologies and methodologies in sports biomechanics.
- Contribute to the design and development of sports equipment and training aids.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, product development, and marketing.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations on findings and recommendations.
- Stay abreast of the latest scientific literature and trends in sports science and biotechnology.
