We are seeking a passionate and driven Sports Biomechanist to join our innovative team in Chennai. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with a strong academic background and a keen interest in applying biomechanical principles to enhance athletic performance and prevent injuries within the digital sports and fitness domain. You will work with cutting-edge technologies and data to analyze human movement and provide actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the collection and analysis of biomechanical data from athletes using motion capture systems, force plates, and other relevant technologies.
Apply your understanding of biomechanics to interpret movement patterns, identify inefficiencies, and pinpoint injury risk factors.
Utilize your LLM education to develop and refine models for predicting athletic performance and injury likelihood based on biomechanical data.
Contribute to the development of personalized training and rehabilitation programs informed by biomechanical analysis.
Collaborate with sports scientists, coaches, and software developers to integrate biomechanical insights into digital platforms and applications.
Generate clear and concise reports and presentations of findings for technical and non-technical audiences.
Stay abreast of the latest research and technological advancements in sports biomechanics and related fields.
