Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sports Club Manager with 2-4 years of experience to oversee the operations of our corporate sports club in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the club, ensuring a vibrant and engaging environment for employees, and promoting sports and recreational activities. A Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree is required, demonstrating strong analytical and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the sports club to enhance member engagement and satisfaction.
- Manage daily club operations, including facility maintenance, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Organize and promote a variety of sports events, tournaments, and recreational activities for employees.
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and procurement for the sports club.
- Recruit, train, and manage sports club staff and volunteers.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and club policies.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and external sports organizations.
- Utilize software and technology for membership management, event registration, and communication (leveraging BCA skills).
- Monitor and analyze participation data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
