Sports Club Manager

Role Summary:
Lambda Therapeutic Research is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sports Club Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our employee sports club facilities and activities. This role is crucial in promoting employee well-being, fostering a healthy work-life balance, and enhancing employee engagement through sports and recreational programs. The Sports Club Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, event planning, budget management, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sports and recreational programs for employees.
- Manage the operations, maintenance, and scheduling of sports facilities (e.g., gym, courts, fields).
- Organize and coordinate sports events, tournaments, and inter-departmental competitions.
- Oversee the procurement and maintenance of sports equipment and supplies.
- Manage the sports club budget, including revenue generation and expenditure control.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a secure environment.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and external sports organizations.
- Promote club membership and encourage employee participation in activities.
- Handle member inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues or disputes.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to align sports activities with company wellness initiatives.
