Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sports Club Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our employee sports club. The ideal candidate will foster a vibrant sports culture, ensure smooth operations, and promote employee well-being through recreational activities. This role is crucial for enhancing employee engagement and morale within our defence and aerospace startup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the sports club, aligning with company objectives.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the club, including facility maintenance, equipment procurement, and inventory management.
- Organize and coordinate various sports events, tournaments, and recreational activities for employees.
- Oversee budgeting, financial management, and revenue generation for the sports club.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and club policies.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, sports associations, and service providers.
- Promote club membership and encourage employee participation in sports and recreational activities.
- Handle member inquiries, feedback, and grievances in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to organize wellness programs and team-building events.
