Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sports Club Manager to oversee the operations and development of our employee sports club. The ideal candidate will foster a vibrant sports culture within the organization, ensuring high levels of employee engagement and well-being through various sporting activities and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the sports club, aligning with company objectives and employee interests.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the sports club, including facility bookings, equipment maintenance, and vendor management.
- Organize and promote a variety of sporting events, tournaments, and recreational activities for employees.
- Oversee the budget for the sports club, ensuring financial accountability and exploring sponsorship opportunities.
- Promote health and wellness initiatives through sports and physical activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, sports enthusiasts, and external sports organizations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and club policies.
