Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sports Club Manager to oversee the operations and development of our employee sports club. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the club, ensuring a vibrant and engaging environment for employees to participate in various sports and recreational activities. This role requires a blend of administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills to foster a healthy and active lifestyle within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the sports club, aligning with company objectives and employee well-being initiatives.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the sports facilities, including scheduling, maintenance, and inventory of sports equipment.
- Organize and promote a diverse range of sports events, tournaments, and recreational activities for employees.
- Oversee the budget for the sports club, including financial planning, expenditure tracking, and revenue generation (if applicable).
- Manage relationships with external vendors, sports coaches, and event organizers.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and implement best practices for facility management and event execution.
- Promote employee engagement and participation in club activities through effective communication and marketing strategies.
- Handle member inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.
- Recruit, train, and supervise sports club staff and volunteers.
