Role Summary:
Delhivery is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sports Coach to promote employee well-being and foster a healthy, active lifestyle within our organization. The Sports Coach will be responsible for developing and implementing sports and fitness programs, organizing recreational activities, and encouraging participation among employees across various locations in India. This role is crucial in enhancing team spirit, reducing stress, and improving overall employee morale and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sports and fitness program tailored to the needs of Delhivery employees.
- Organize and conduct regular sports activities, tournaments, and fitness classes (e.g., yoga, aerobics, team sports).
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees in various sports and physical activities.
- Promote health and wellness initiatives within the company, emphasizing the benefits of physical activity.
- Assess employee fitness levels and provide personalized recommendations.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all sports and recreational activities.
- Coordinate with HR and administration for logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation for sports events.
- Track participation rates and gather feedback to continuously improve programs.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in sports coaching and employee wellness.
