Sports Coach

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Coach to lead and develop our employee sports programs. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in sports science and a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree, bringing a unique analytical and strategic approach to coaching. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of health, fitness, and teamwork among our employees, enhancing overall well-being and productivity within our Hyderabad-based electrical equipment company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive sports and fitness programs tailored to employees of varying skill levels and interests.
- Conduct performance assessments, provide personalized coaching, and develop training plans based on scientific principles and M.Tech expertise.
- Organize and supervise inter-departmental sports events, tournaments, and recreational activities.
- Educate employees on sports techniques, injury prevention, nutrition, and overall wellness.
- Collaborate with HR and management to promote employee health initiatives and a positive work environment.
- Maintain equipment and facilities, ensuring a safe and conducive environment for sports activities.
- Track participation, progress, and feedback to continuously improve program offerings.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and research in sports science and coaching methodologies.
