Role Summary:
Infosys is seeking a passionate and experienced Sports Coach to lead and manage various sports activities for our employees. This role is crucial in promoting employee well-being, fostering teamwork, and enhancing the overall work-life balance within our vibrant campus environment. The Sports Coach will be responsible for organizing, training, and guiding employees in different sports disciplines, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for all participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for various sports (e.g., cricket, football, badminton, volleyball, indoor games).
- Organize and conduct regular practice sessions, workshops, and sports events for employees.
- Provide expert coaching and guidance to individuals and teams, focusing on skill development, strategy, and sportsmanship.
- Assess employee fitness levels and tailor training plans to meet individual and team goals.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during training and events, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Manage sports equipment, facilities, and inventory, ensuring they are well-maintained and readily available.
- Foster a positive and inclusive sports culture within the organization, encouraging participation from all employees.
- Plan and coordinate participation in inter-corporate sports tournaments and events.
- Collaborate with HR and Employee Engagement teams to promote sports activities and healthy lifestyles.
- Maintain records of participation, performance, and event outcomes.
