Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement innovative sports and recreational programs tailored to corporate employees, considering diverse interests and fitness levels.
- Utilize M.Des principles to create engaging visual aids, communication materials, and branding for sports initiatives.
- Develop training modules and workshops focused on sportsmanship, teamwork, and healthy living.
- Organize and manage intra-departmental and inter-company sports events and tournaments.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand employee interests and design programs accordingly.
- Promote employee participation in sports activities and track engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with HR and administration to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all sports activities.
- Research and propose new trends and technologies in sports coaching and employee wellness.
- Provide basic guidance and motivation to employees participating in sports activities.
