Sports Facility Coordinator

Role Summary: The Sports Facility Coordinator will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of all sports facilities within the assigned corporate campus. This role involves managing day-to-day activities, ensuring safety and cleanliness, coordinating events, and overseeing the maintenance of sports equipment and grounds. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports and a strong understanding of facility management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of sports facilities including gyms, courts, fields, and other recreational areas.

Develop and implement schedules for facility usage, bookings, and maintenance.

Ensure all sports facilities and equipment are clean, well-maintained, and safe for use.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, and upgrades of sports infrastructure.

Organize and manage sports events, tournaments, and recreational activities for employees.

Manage inventory of sports equipment and supplies, and ensure timely procurement.

Enforce facility rules and regulations, and address any user concerns or complaints.

Maintain accurate records of facility usage, maintenance activities, and incident reports.

Collaborate with the HR and Administration departments to promote employee wellness and engagement through sports.
