Sports & Fitness Event Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sports & Fitness Event Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and management of sports and fitness-related events hosted or promoted through our platform. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a passion for the sports and fitness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring profitability and adherence to financial guidelines.

Source and negotiate with venues, vendors, and suppliers for event services.

Create detailed event plans, timelines, and logistical arrangements.

Coordinate all on-site event operations, including registration, staffing, and attendee management.

Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies for events.

Manage relationships with sports leagues, fitness brands, athletes, and influencers.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, permits, and insurance requirements.

Conduct post-event analysis, gathering feedback and reporting on key metrics.
