Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic individual to manage and develop initiatives related to employee well-being, focusing on sports, fitness, and personal care programs within our NBFC organization. This role will be instrumental in fostering a healthy and engaged workforce, contributing to overall employee morale and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive employee wellness programs encompassing sports, fitness, and personal care.
- Organize and manage company-sponsored sports events, tournaments, and fitness challenges.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers for fitness classes, gym memberships, and wellness workshops.
- Develop and promote resources and information on healthy lifestyle choices, nutrition, and mental well-being.
- Coordinate health check-up camps and facilitate access to personal care services for employees.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of wellness initiatives, gathering employee feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure programs align with company culture and employee needs, promoting inclusivity and participation.
- Manage the budget allocated for sports, fitness, and personal care activities.
