The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of biomechanics and human form, gained through their design education, to provide therapeutic massage and support services to employees, focusing on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement. You will work within a corporate wellness framework, contributing to the overall health and well-being of our workforce in the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to understand client's physical condition, needs, and areas of discomfort, drawing parallels from design analysis of form and function.

Develop and implement personalized massage therapy plans using various techniques to address sports-related injuries, muscle strains, and other physical ailments.

Apply principles of kinesiology and biomechanics in massage techniques to optimize recovery and performance.

Educate clients on proper stretching, posture, and injury prevention strategies, using visual aids and clear communication.

Maintain detailed client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes.

Collaborate with HR and wellness teams to integrate therapeutic services into corporate wellness programs.

Ensure a clean, safe, and professional therapeutic environment.
