Role Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Sports Masseur/Therapist to join our corporate wellness team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing sports massage and therapeutic services to our employees, focusing on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement. This role is crucial in promoting employee well-being and maintaining a healthy, active workforce within our retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct client assessments to understand their physical condition, needs, and goals.
* Develop and implement personalized sports massage and therapy treatment plans.
* Administer various massage techniques, including deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, and stretching.
* Educate employees on injury prevention strategies, proper posture, and stretching exercises.
* Assist with rehabilitation of sports-related injuries and provide post-treatment care advice.
* Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
* Collaborate with HR and wellness teams to promote health and fitness programs.
* Ensure a clean and safe therapeutic environment.
* Stay updated with the latest advancements in sports therapy and massage techniques.
