Sports Masseur / Therapist

Role Summary:
Rockwell Automation India is seeking a skilled and compassionate Sports Masseur/Therapist to join our employee wellness program. The primary goal is to provide therapeutic massage services to our employees, focusing on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and overall physical well-being, particularly for those in physically demanding roles or experiencing work-related musculoskeletal stress. This role will contribute to a healthier and more productive workforce within our industrial automation environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments to understand employee needs, medical history, and specific physical concerns.
- Design and implement personalized massage therapy treatment plans, including sports massage, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy.
- Provide therapeutic massage to alleviate muscle tension, reduce pain, and improve range of motion.
- Educate employees on stretching, strengthening exercises, and proper posture to prevent injuries and promote recovery.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting treatments and progress.
- Collaborate with HR and occupational health teams to address employee wellness needs.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements and techniques in sports massage and therapy.
- Manage appointment scheduling and administrative tasks related to the wellness program.
