Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various types of therapeutic massage, including deep tissue, sports massage, and trigger point therapy.
- Assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide pre-event and post-event massage to athletes or employees engaged in physical activities.
- Educate clients on proper stretching, injury prevention, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate client records and track progress.
- Ensure a clean and safe therapeutic environment.
- Collaborate with HR and wellness department to promote health initiatives.
