Sports Masseur / Therapist

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Sports Masseur/Therapist with a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree to join our wellness team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing advanced sports massage and therapeutic treatments to support the physical well-being and performance of our employees. This role requires a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and sports-related injuries, coupled with practical expertise in various massage techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical condition, including range of motion, muscle function, and injury history.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using a variety of sports massage techniques (e.g., deep tissue, sports-specific, trigger point therapy, myofascial release).
- Provide therapeutic massage to alleviate muscle pain, reduce tension, improve flexibility, and enhance recovery from sports-related activities or physical exertion.
- Educate clients on injury prevention, stretching exercises, and proper body mechanics.
- Collaborate with HR and wellness departments to promote employee health and well-being programs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including treatment progress and outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in sports therapy, massage techniques, and relevant scientific research.
- Ensure a clean and safe therapeutic environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
