Role Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Sports Masseur/Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing therapeutic massage services to employees, focusing on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and overall well-being. This role is crucial in supporting the health and productivity of our workforce within a corporate setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client assessments to understand their needs, medical history, and any injuries or concerns.
- Develop and implement personalized massage treatment plans.
- Perform various massage techniques, including deep tissue, sports massage, Swedish massage, and trigger point therapy.
- Provide advice on stretching, strengthening, and injury prevention strategies.
- Educate employees on posture, ergonomics, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Collaborate with HR and wellness teams to promote health and well-being programs.
- Ensure a clean and professional treatment environment.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in sports massage and therapy.
