Sports Masseur / Therapist (BBA/BBM Required) - Hyderabad

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sports Masseur / Therapist with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. While the primary focus of our firm is investment banking, we understand the importance of employee well-being and are looking for a professional to provide therapeutic massage services to our staff. This role requires someone who can manage their schedule effectively and maintain a high level of professionalism. The ideal candidate will have a BBA/BBM degree, demonstrating a foundational understanding of business operations and client management, which can be applied to the administrative aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic massage services to employees, addressing various physical needs and promoting recovery and relaxation.
- Conduct initial assessments of employee's physical condition and discuss their needs and expectations.
- Develop personalized massage treatment plans based on individual employee requirements.
- Educate employees on proper posture, stretching, and injury prevention techniques relevant to an office environment.
- Maintain detailed client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and any contraindications.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Collaborate with HR and Wellness departments to promote employee health and well-being initiatives.
- Stay updated on the latest techniques and best practices in sports massage and therapy.
