Role Summary:
BharatPe is seeking a dedicated Sports Nutritionist to support the well-being and performance of our employees, particularly those in high-pressure roles within the FinTech industry. This role will focus on promoting healthy eating habits, providing personalized nutritional guidance, and developing strategies to enhance overall employee health and productivity. The Sports Nutritionist will work closely with HR and Wellness teams to create a supportive environment for employee health.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for employees, considering individual health goals, dietary restrictions, and lifestyle.
Conduct nutritional assessments and provide one-on-one counseling sessions to employees.
Educate employees on the importance of nutrition for physical and mental well-being, stress management, and performance enhancement.
Organize workshops, seminars, and awareness campaigns on various nutrition-related topics.
Collaborate with the HR and Wellness teams to integrate nutrition programs into the company's overall employee wellness strategy.
Stay updated with the latest research and trends in sports nutrition and general wellness.
Advise on healthy food options for office canteens and corporate events.
