Sports Nutritionist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and legally astute Sports Nutritionist to join our team in Pune. This unique role requires a blend of expertise in sports nutrition and a strong understanding of legal frameworks relevant to athlete welfare, endorsements, and regulatory compliance within the sports and entertainment industry. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience and an LLB degree, enabling them to navigate complex legal and ethical considerations alongside nutritional science.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for athletes and sports professionals associated with our entertainment ventures, considering performance, recovery, and overall health.
- Provide evidence-based nutritional counseling and education to athletes, coaches, and support staff.
- Monitor athlete progress and adjust nutrition strategies as needed, documenting outcomes.
- Research and stay updated on the latest advancements in sports nutrition, sports science, and relevant legal regulations.
- Advise on legal aspects of athlete nutrition, including supplement regulations, anti-doping policies, and compliance with sports governing bodies.
- Review and draft agreements related to athlete endorsements, sponsorships, and nutrition services, ensuring legal soundness.
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure all nutrition-related activities and communications adhere to company policies and legal standards.
- Conduct risk assessments related to nutrition practices and advise on mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to the development of policies and guidelines for athlete nutrition and welfare within the organization.
