Sports Nutritionist

Role Summary:
BYJU'S is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sports Nutritionist to join our team. This role will focus on developing and implementing nutrition strategies to enhance the physical and mental performance of our employees and potentially our student-athletes involved in any sports-related initiatives. You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on diet, hydration, and supplementation to optimize health, well-being, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the nutritional needs of individuals and groups within the organization.
- Develop personalized nutrition plans tailored to specific performance goals, health conditions, and dietary preferences.
- Educate employees and athletes on the principles of sports nutrition, including macronutrient and micronutrient requirements, hydration strategies, and timing of nutrient intake.
- Provide guidance on healthy eating habits, meal planning, and food choices.
- Advise on the appropriate use of sports supplements, ensuring safety and efficacy.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition interventions and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with HR and wellness teams to integrate nutrition programs into corporate wellness initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest research and trends in sports nutrition and exercise physiology.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and one-on-one consultations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client assessments and progress.
