Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Sports / Physical Education Teacher to join our team and contribute to the holistic development of children in our care. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree and 2-4 years of experience in planning and delivering engaging physical education programs. You will be responsible for fostering a love for sports and physical activity, promoting healthy lifestyles, and developing essential life skills through sports.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement comprehensive sports and physical education curricula suitable for various age groups.
Conduct engaging and safe physical education classes and sports activities.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, discipline, and fair play among participants.
Organize and supervise sports events, competitions, and recreational activities.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children during physical activities and provide basic first aid when necessary.
Collaborate with other staff members to integrate physical activity into the overall educational program.
Maintain inventory of sports equipment and ensure its proper use and maintenance.

We work with over 100 such homes, reaching out to more than 5,000 children.
