Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sports / Physical Education Teacher to join our team in Kolkata. This role is ideal for a professional with a BBA/BBM background who possesses a strong passion for sports and physical fitness, coupled with an understanding of curriculum development and student engagement in an EdTech environment. You will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging physical education programs that promote health, fitness, and sportsmanship among students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive physical education curriculum aligned with educational standards and the company's EdTech platform.
- Plan and conduct engaging sports activities, games, and fitness sessions for students of various age groups.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback on their physical development and participation.
- Organize and supervise inter-school or intra-school sports events and competitions.
- Promote a positive and inclusive environment that encourages participation and teamwork.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students during all physical activities and manage equipment effectively.
- Collaborate with other educators and departments to integrate physical education into the broader learning experience.
- Utilize technology and digital tools to enhance learning and engagement where applicable.
- Maintain records of student attendance, performance, and participation in sports activities.
