Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sports Physician with 1-2 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our team in Ahmedabad. This role involves providing expert medical advice and support related to sports injuries, performance, and well-being within a multinational beverage company context. The candidate will leverage their legal background to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and contribute to policy development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose sports-related injuries and conditions in employees.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, rehabilitation programs, and preventative strategies.
- Provide medical guidance on nutrition, hydration, and performance enhancement for employees involved in sports activities.
- Advise on workplace health and safety protocols, particularly concerning physical exertion and injury prevention.
- Interpret and apply relevant legal and regulatory frameworks (e.g., occupational health and safety laws) to company policies and practices.
- Assist in developing and reviewing company policies related to employee health, fitness, and sports participation.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to promote employee wellness and a safe working environment.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in sports medicine and relevant legal developments.
