Role Summary: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Sports Physician to join our organization. The Sports Physician will be responsible for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of sports-related injuries and illnesses among our employees, focusing on promoting overall health and well-being. This role requires a compassionate approach, excellent diagnostic skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with HR and wellness teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic sports-related injuries and medical conditions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, including rehabilitation strategies.
- Provide pre-participation physical examinations and fitness assessments.
- Educate employees on injury prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and performance enhancement.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, trainers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in sports medicine and occupational health.
- Organize and conduct wellness programs and health camps.
