Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Sports Physician to join our team in Lucknow. This role is ideal for individuals with practical experience and a strong understanding of sports-related injuries and rehabilitation, who may not have a formal graduation degree but possess relevant certifications and on-the-job training. You will be responsible for providing essential medical support to our railway sports personnel, focusing on injury prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation to ensure they maintain peak physical condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and provide immediate care for sports-related injuries sustained by railway employees and athletes.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs for injured individuals, guiding them through recovery and return-to-play protocols.
• Educate athletes and staff on injury prevention techniques, proper warm-up and cool-down routines, and safe training practices.
• Collaborate with coaches and trainers to optimize athlete performance and well-being.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all patients.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in sports medicine and physiotherapy techniques.
• Assist in organizing and managing sports-related health camps and events.
