Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sports Physician with 1-3 years of experience and a B.A. degree to join our team in Chennai. This role will focus on promoting the health and well-being of our employees, particularly those involved in physically demanding roles within our chemical operations. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of sports-related injuries and rehabilitation, with a strong emphasis on preventative care and employee wellness programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the assessment and treatment of sports-related injuries and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Develop and implement preventative care strategies and wellness programs for employees.
- Provide guidance on injury prevention, proper stretching techniques, and ergonomic assessments.
- Educate employees on health and fitness related topics relevant to their work environment.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Collaborate with HR and safety departments to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in sports medicine and employee wellness.
