Role Summary:
We are seeking a Sports Physician with a B.Des background and 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Kolkata. This role focuses on applying design principles and user experience knowledge to enhance the well-being and performance of our employees within the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of human factors and ergonomics to create supportive environments and develop innovative solutions for employee health and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct ergonomic assessments of workstations and office environments to identify and mitigate potential health risks.
- Design and implement user-centered programs and interventions to promote physical well-being and prevent sports-related injuries among employees.
- Collaborate with HR and wellness teams to develop and integrate health and fitness initiatives.
- Utilize B.Des principles to create engaging and accessible educational materials on health, posture, and injury prevention.
- Analyze employee feedback and usage data to continuously improve wellness programs and office design.
- Stay updated on the latest research in sports medicine, ergonomics, and user experience design.
- Provide guidance on the selection and use of ergonomic equipment and assistive devices.
