Role Summary: Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sports Psychologist to support the mental well-being and performance enhancement of its employees, particularly those involved in physically demanding roles or representing the company in sports activities. The Sports Psychologist will provide psychological support, conduct assessments, and develop strategies to foster resilience, manage stress, and optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for development in individuals and teams.
Develop and implement evidence-based psychological interventions and training programs to enhance mental toughness, focus, and stress management.
Provide individual and group counseling to address performance-related issues, anxiety, burnout, and other psychological challenges.
Collaborate with HR, medical teams, and management to create a supportive environment for employee well-being and performance.
Educate employees on psychological principles related to peak performance, resilience, and mental health.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of psychological interventions and adjust strategies as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all professional interactions.
