Job Description
Role Summary: The Sports Psychologist will be responsible for enhancing the mental well-being and performance of our hotel staff, particularly those in high-pressure roles within the F&B and operations departments. This role aims to foster a positive and resilient work environment, reduce stress, and improve overall team cohesion and individual performance through evidence-based psychological interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify psychological needs and potential areas for improvement among staff.
- Develop and implement individual and group counseling programs to address stress, anxiety, burnout, and other mental health challenges.
- Provide performance enhancement strategies, including goal setting, focus training, and resilience building.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on topics such as emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and effective communication.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to integrate mental well-being initiatives into the company culture.
- Offer crisis intervention and support during challenging situations.
- Maintain confidential records and track progress of interventions.
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in sports psychology and organizational behavior.
