We are seeking a dedicated Sports Psychologist with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the mental well-being and performance of our employees, particularly those in roles requiring high levels of focus and resilience within the agrochemical sector. This role focuses on applying psychological principles to improve individual and team performance, manage stress, and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group assessments to identify psychological strengths and areas for development among employees.
• Develop and implement evidence-based psychological interventions to improve focus, resilience, and stress management.
• Provide counseling and support to employees facing performance challenges or personal difficulties that may impact their work.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on topics such as mental toughness, concentration, and emotional regulation.
