Role Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Sports Psychologist with 0-1 years of experience to join our team in Thane. This role is ideal for individuals who have completed their 12th grade and possess a foundational understanding of sports psychology principles. You will assist in developing and implementing programs to enhance the mental well-being and performance of our employees who participate in company-sponsored sports and wellness activities. This is an entry-level position where you will learn and grow under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in conducting individual and group sessions to address stress, anxiety, and motivation challenges faced by employees in sports activities.
Support the development and implementation of mental training techniques such as visualization, goal setting, and positive self-talk.
Help in organizing workshops and awareness programs on mental health and sports psychology for employees.
Maintain confidential records of client interactions and progress.
Collaborate with HR and sports event organizers to understand the needs of participants.
Provide basic support and guidance to employees seeking to improve their focus and resilience.
