Sports Safety Consultant

Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sports Safety Consultant to join our team. The consultant will be responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing comprehensive safety protocols and risk management strategies across all GoSports Foundation initiatives and partner organizations within India. This role is crucial in ensuring a safe and secure environment for athletes, coaches, staff, and participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough risk assessments of sports facilities, training programs, and events.
• Develop and implement robust safety policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
• Provide expert advice on sports-specific safety standards and best practices.
• Deliver training sessions to staff, coaches, and athletes on safety awareness and protocols.
• Investigate and report on any safety incidents or near misses, recommending corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Indian safety regulations and sports governing body guidelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to foster a strong safety culture within the organization.
• Stay updated on emerging safety trends and technologies in the sports industry.
