Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable individual to join our team in the capacity of Sports Science & Medicine - Other. This role will be instrumental in developing and implementing programs that promote employee well-being, health, and performance, with a specific focus on sports science and medical support within a corporate IT services environment. The ideal candidate will contribute to creating a healthier and more productive workforce by leveraging their expertise in sports science and medicine.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and oversee employee wellness programs with a focus on sports science principles.
* Provide guidance and support on injury prevention and rehabilitation strategies.
* Collaborate with HR and other departments to promote a healthy work-life balance.
* Organize and conduct workshops and seminars on topics related to sports medicine, nutrition, and fitness.
* Advise on ergonomic solutions for the workplace to prevent musculoskeletal issues.
* Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in sports science and medicine.
* Assist in the development and implementation of health screening and assessment protocols.
* Manage relationships with external healthcare providers and sports medicine specialists.
* Contribute to the creation of a positive and health-conscious organizational culture.
* Support employee participation in sports and wellness activities.
