Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Scientist with a Master's degree to join our innovative team in Chennai. This role will focus on applying sports science principles to enhance athlete performance and well-being within a dynamic beverage industry context. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies that leverage scientific insights to support our performance-driven initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis on the physiological and biomechanical aspects of sports performance relevant to our product development and marketing.
- Design and oversee programs to optimize athlete recovery, nutrition, and hydration, considering the role of our beverage products.
- Collaborate with product development teams to provide scientific input on the efficacy and benefits of new beverage formulations for athletes.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in sports science, sports medicine, and sports nutrition, and apply this knowledge to our operations.
- Develop and deliver educational materials and workshops for athletes and internal stakeholders on performance optimization and health.
- Manage and maintain relevant scientific equipment and databases.
