Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sports Science & Medicine professional to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will leverage their B.Sc. in a relevant field to develop and implement programs that enhance physical and mental health, reduce workplace-related stress, and improve overall employee performance and safety. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement workplace wellness programs tailored to the needs of employees in the gems and jewellery sector.
- Conduct assessments to identify health risks and ergonomic challenges specific to manufacturing and retail environments.
- Design and lead workshops on injury prevention, stress management, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Provide guidance on nutrition, exercise, and recovery strategies for employees.
- Collaborate with HR and management to integrate health and safety initiatives into company policies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs, making adjustments as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest research in sports science, sports medicine, and occupational health.
- Maintain accurate records of participant progress and program outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
