Key Responsibilities:

- Research and analyze emerging sports trends and popular sports activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Scout for local and regional sporting events and tournaments that align with company objectives.
- Develop relationships with sports clubs, athletes, and event organizers.
- Assist in the planning and execution of sports-themed events and activities within the hotel premises.
- Monitor competitor activities in the sports and hospitality integration space.
- Prepare reports on scouting findings, potential opportunities, and risk assessments.
- Ensure all scouting activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.
